The Basics:

Classes are made up of 8- 14 children who attend with a caregiver.    Classes are 45 minutes long and families register for classes by the semester. Each family picks a day and a class time and goes to that class once a week for the course of the semester. Each semester is based on a Music for Aardvark’s CD and that CD is included in the price of the tuition.

Classes Offered this Spring:

Aardvarks/Mixed Ages:(10 wks/ $185)
These classes are of mixed age from 6 mos to 5 years. Class activities, which include sing-a-longs, rhythm making, free form dance breaks, and instrumental jams with shakers, drums, sticks, and tambourines, are accessible to all, from babies who bounce and babble, to toddlers who move and groove. The range of developmental levels in the class creates a fertile environment for learning and growing, as each child participates at a pace that is right for him/her.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Makeups

Technically, families are permitted three makeup classes per 10 week semester. We have been very loose with our make-up policy and want to remain flexible to meet the needs of the families we serve, but due to our growing numbers we ask that you PLEASE try to limit make-ups to three a semester and ALWAYS call (871-0227) or email

(info@memphisaardvarks.com) in advance to let us know that you will either be missing a class or would like to schedule a make-up. PLEASE NEVER show up unannounced to a class that is not your regularly scheduled class.

Guests

You may occasionally schedule to bring a guest with a child to class provided there is room. Adult family members and relatives are welcome.

Refunds

Tuition fee is fully refundable before the first day semester begins. Up until two weeks after the semester has begun 50% of tuition fees will be refunded for remaining unattended classes at time of cancellation. No refunds after two weeks.

Schedule

If you would like to attend a class at a time that is not on the schedule, email or call us with a request, if enough people (6 families) request a time slot that's not currently on the schedule we are happy to add a class. Classes can also be created for existing playgroups.
